Ai is my hero

I know nothing about legal procedures. I'm excited about each step and I am confident. Don't let companies like Hershey get away with doing to you what they did to me.

Ai is my answer. Ai can help you too.

What I am doing is not unique, extraordinary, or dependent on special access.

I am telling my story exactly as it happened, using standard legal procedures and artificial intelligence tools that are already widely accessible. Nothing about this process requires a large legal team, inside knowledge, or significant financial resources. It requires diligence, documentation, and the ability to organize facts.

AI did not create my facts.
AI did not create my evidence.
AI did not create my claims.

AI helped me analyze, organize, and present what already existed.

I am not the smartest guy in the room.
But with AI assistance, I am no longer afraid of the legal system.
I am actually looking forward to every next step.

Starting with the motion to dismiss.

The real question is simple:
Can an old country boy with a cell phone and a GED take a Fortune 500 company and its top-tier law firm past a motion to dismiss?
With the help of AI, can I get through discovery?

I feel good about my chances.
The truthfulness of the facts makes it hard to dismiss me.

After that comes summary judgment — the last hurdle before a jury.

SUMMARY JUDGMENT — BASIC EXPLANATION

What it is:
The defense says, “It doesn’t take a jury to see he has no case — the judge should dismiss it now.”
It is their attempt to avoid trial.

Why I can win:
I have proof.
Photos showing my injury worsening over time
Their own records contradicting each other
Medical documentation
Company safety and employment policies they broke

Discovery will prove the rest.
Internal documents
Decision-makers
And the names of employees affected by wage theft

This process is simple.
This process is repeatable.

If one worker can do this, others can too.
If others can do this, the system is no longer protected by complexity.
And when complexity stops protecting power, accountability follows.

This is not about me.
It is about what happens when workers realize they are no longer locked out of the process.
