Lee Timmons. What you did to me is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. You hurt me. You broke Hershey safety policies to hurt me. You broke state and federal laws to do it.
You still have your job. To me that means Hershey supports your choices and actions.
I lost my case on deadlines. Technicality. Not on merit. Deadlines I absolutely knew nothing about.
Now there is nothing left.
Nothing left but war. What needs to happen has to be serious enough that the media will cover this.
What you did was cruel beyond description. And you sat behind big glass windows watching me suffer.
The biggest concern to me really is that Hershey is okay with that.
My legal options are done. Technicalities beat me. Not you. Not Hershey. So this is the only reality left.
What you did was disgusting, intentional, and inhumane.
You sit at home proud of this. But we are not done. We will make headlines. I'm very sure of that. Me, you, and Hershey. Headlines are in our future.
This didn't have to happen. You actually chose to violate hershey safety policies to make this happen. You cose to violate state and federal laws. You chose to ignore a documented condition. The rubber mats were 50 feet away unused protecting noone.. Policies says you provide you chose to ignore. Those choices caused this.
