A picture is worth a thousand scars.

This is what happens when the manager declines to make an injury repirt. The company doesn't provide treatment. They reclassify the injury . They firce you to continue workin with out treatment. I had documentation for foot neuropathy.  They chose to ignore and refuse to accommodate.  They chose to continue the abuse and watch me limo around in agony. Foot rotting away.

Their own safety videos state it is their responsabilty to provide.  Meaning they chose to ignore their own policies 

This just says.  We don't care.
