The lawsuit has been filed

This is the official filing of The Hershey Thing lawsuit. I pledge to keep this page updated with the latest developments as they unfold. Stay informed on the progress of this important case.

I Am Alone — And That Is the Point

I am alone.

I have no legal team.

I am fighting this by myself.

There will come a time when they try to drown me in procedure — paperwork, delays, motions, and silence. That is how powerful companies win. Not by being right, but by exhausting the person standing alone.

When they drown me, they are drowning all of us.

What they have done to me is not unique. It is happening to American workers across this country every day — quietly, systematically, and legally.

Companies like Hershey train workers to accept this as normal.

To believe injury is just part of the job.

That neglect is just how the system works.

That fighting back is pointless.

This page exists to say that it isn’t.

I am standing here alone so this does not keep happening in silence.

Because if this can be done to one worker, it can be done to any worker.

And if it is accepted once, it becomes policy.

Stand with me.

Make a difference.

Draining the swamp means stopping corporate abuse of workers — not looking away from it.

This Is What They Did to Me

This is not an accident.
This is not bad luck.
This is not a mystery.

This is what they did to me.

I went to work. I did my job. I followed the rules.
I trusted my employer to follow theirs.

I suffered a workplace injury — small at first, easily treatable, the kind of injury that should never become permanent if handled responsibly. I reported it. I kept working. I relied on the system that is supposed to protect workers when they are hurt on the job.

That protection never came.

Instead of treatment, I was ignored.
Instead of care, I was forced to keep working.
Instead of intervention, the injury was allowed to worsen.

Day by day, the damage progressed.
What began as a small spot turned into open tissue.
What should have been stopped early was allowed to rot.
Pain became constant. Walking became difficult. Normal life became impossible.

All of it was preventable.

At no point did my employer step in to provide proper medical care.
At no point did they act with urgency.
At no point did they protect my health.

They watched the injury deteriorate — and did nothing.

Then, when the damage was done, when the injury could no longer be hidden or ignored, they fired me.

No treatment.
No resolution.
No accountability.

I was discarded and left to deal with the consequences alone.

The images on this page show the truth:
the progression of untreated injury,
the physical evidence of neglect,
the permanent damage that now affects my life every single day.

This is what abandonment looks like.
This is what failure looks like.
This is what happens when a worker is treated as disposable.

And when I sought help, I was told there was “nothing else.”
As if permanent injury is just something a worker is supposed to accept.
As if being left damaged and unemployed is normal.
As if this is justice.

It isn’t.

I live with the consequences of their decisions.
I live with pain they could have prevented.
I live with damage that did not have to exist.

This page exists because silence protects the wrong people.
This page exists because what happened to me should not happen to anyone else.
This page exists because the truth deserves to be seen.

This is what they did to me.
This is how they left me.
And this is why I am asking for help.
