AMERICANS WON IN 2025, AND YOU'RE GOING TO KEEP WINNING IN 2026!

I PROMISE YOU THAT!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

— DJT

Not all Americans won in 2025.

Not all of us won.

Mr. President,

Leadership carries a duty to repair systems that fail the people they are meant to protect.

Workers’ compensation is one of those systems.

Billion dollar corporations vs paycheck to paycheck workers and thier families.

When you damage a paycheck to paycheck worker your also damaging their families. Does thay make sense.

Thats what workers compensation laws do.

Billy and sarah dont get a school today because daddy is hurt and cant afford. Laws to protect workers didnt protect daddy.

Angela wearing the same clothes she wore yesterday cause mom cant afford to go to the laundrey mat this week.

Its called the trickle down affect.

Corporate exects eating lobster and steaks. Wearing a suit 1nce and throwing it away.

Every day, American workers are injured under federal safety laws. The rules exist. The evidence exists. The harm is real.

Yet once an injury happens, accountability stops.

The result is predictable: evidence disappears, medical care is delayed, retaliation goes unchecked, and injured workers are left without a real remedy.

This is not a flaw at the margins. It is a structural failure.

When a system supported by the law prevents truth from being examined in public, it stops serving justice. When it shields wrongdoing from scrutiny, it becomes part of the problem. That places a responsibility on leadership to act.

Fixing this is not about politics.

It is about restoring balance, transparency, and accountability to a system that affects millions of working Americans.

You hold the authority—and the duty—to correct laws that no longer protect the people they govern.

This is one of them.

Mr president.

We need your help.

Drain this swamp.

You promised.

In Trump’s own words. His election promise.

“Every single day I will be fighting for you with every breath in my body.”

— President Donald J. Trump

I’m not asking for help for me.

I’m asking for help for American workers and their families.
