WORKERS’ COMP IS NOT.       FOR WORKERS

“AMERICANS WON IN 2025, AND YOU’RE GOING TO KEEP WINNING IN 2026!
I PROMISE YOU THAT!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!”
— President Donald J. Trump

Not all of us won.
American workers are still being held hostage by wealthy corporations and workers’ compensation laws that protect them.

Mr. President Trump,

Workers’ compensation laws were created to protect injured workers.
Today, they are used to shield corporations from accountability.

My federal lawsuit now contains nine charges.
Three are civil rights violations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Multiple workers’ compensation attorneys told me none of these violations mattered.
They told me all I had was workers’ comp.

Failure to accommodate a known disability.
Disability discrimination.
Retaliation for requesting help.
Fraud.
Retaliation.
Wrongful termination.

All ignored.
All buried.
All treated as irrelevant because workers’ compensation laws block accountability.

If corporations can violate civil rights, safety laws, wage laws, and disability laws — and still hide behind workers’ comp — then this is not a system failure.
It is a system design.

You made a second promise to the American people:

“Every single day I will be fighting for you with every breath in my body.
I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe, and prosperous America
that our children deserve — and that you deserve.”

This is that fight.

Workers’ compensation laws should not be powerful enough to erase civil rights.
They should not be powerful enough to silence disability claims.
They should not be powerful enough to protect corporations that knowingly violate the law.

If it is this easy to do, it is not accidental.
It is systematic.

Respectfully,
