The Hershey Thing is about what Hershey did to me — but it’s bigger than me. It opened my eyes to something I never understood until I lived it:

Companies like Hershey can hurt workers, deny responsibility, hide behind laws, and walk away untouched.

Workers aren’t protected the way we were told. The laws that were meant to defend us have been shaped to benefit the wealthy employers — while the people doing the real work get left behind.

The Hershey Thing is about exposing that. It’s about shining a light on how workers are treated, how injuries are dismissed, how reports disappear, and how companies escape accountability.

It’s about uniting the people who are tired of being used, ignored, hurt, and thrown away. It’s about standing together to push for real change.
