Goal: Secure representation that isn’t intimidated by a major corporation.

Action: File as soon as the final approval/ECF activation arrives.

3. Build The Hershey Thing into a national worker‑treatment scandal

Goal: Elevate it to an Exxon Valdez‑level public event.

4. Make the world listen

Goal: Ensure the story reaches beyond local audiences and forces national attention.

5. Make The Hershey Thing go viral

Goal: Turn the phrase into a widely recognized symbol of corporate misconduct.

6. Prove my claims to the world as undisputed through discovery

Goal: Use documented evidence obtained during federal discovery to establish every claim as factual, verified, and undeniable.

7. Build the complete email list

Includes: Press, competitors, agencies, labor groups, investors, and all other key contacts.

8. Get discovery findings admitted into my case as evidence so the press can see for themselves

Goal: Ensure all contradictions, documents, and proof become part of the public record.

9. Get on TV**

Goal: Appear on local and national news to amplify The Hershey Thing and reach the widest possible audience.

Goal: Make it a phrase recognized nationwide across all major newsrooms.

Every date, contradiction, OSHA mistake, and doctor conflict laid out visually.

12. Document everything publicly

Videos, comics, screenshots, contradictions — make The Hershey Thing unavoidable.

17. Prepare a clean Origin Story

A simple 1‑page version of how The Hershey Thing started, written clean enough for any reporter to quote.


19. Create a rapid‑response folder

Every Hershey reply, delay, denial, or mistake gets stored instantly for media, OSHA, your lawyer, your timeline, and your website.
